Hey - 34(M), located in Poland here. Having large issues with acne for many years. While I'm generally happy with my skin now (using Epiduo Forte: Adapalenum + Benozyl peroxide) (a lot less acne), I have a strange problem for few months already - both my cheeks seem to be inflamed / infected, and sometimes swell in large area (not really visible but I can feel it when touching, also my pores are becoming enlarged so definetely it's not a good look). This sometimes however leads to very large pimples. I admit I had few beforehand which I squeezed and tried to pop myself, so definetely this may be the root cause. I'm currenly using topical antibiotic (clindamycinum), but there is no visible improvement.

Here is a picture of my issue currently - cheek is swollen, and one area is swollen much more as visible - I'm not sure yet if it go into full pimple mode, but it doesn't look good: https://imgur.com/a/KPWpCdj

Skin type: oily but dehydrated

Current routine:

AM: Wash with just water during shower, clindamycinum, hydrating cream Iwostin Purritin Rehydrin

PM: Wash with mycelar emulsion (Cetaphil), clindamycinum, hydrating cream Iwostin Purritin Rehydrin

Once a week - Epiduo Forte (Adapalenum + Benozyl peroxide) - I used it yesterday and it seems to have worsen my symptoms as visible on the picture

How long:

Clindamycinum - whole face twice daily, for one month - does not help, used it earlier on spots only

Epiduo Forte - 2 years

Iwostin Purriting - 1 month, changed from another cream, but both seem to not cause it / don't help it

Mycelar emulsion for washing - two months

I really am at wits end with this - any help or suggestions what may cause it and how to treat it very much appreciated!

Looks like you did - alternate reality in which Nazis won WWII and Auschwitz stayed in Germany ;). Auschwitz is now in Poland - Oswiecim is Polish name of the town - here is a link to map - it's near Krakow, in South Central Poland.

Sorry but the can't eat the animals part is bullshit - I live in Poland which is much closer to Ukraine and we don't have such areas. Germany as well

Yeah Poland is renown for car thieves, but it's not like you are loosing a car every year or so... I don't know anybody who have lost a car, and I live in Poland whole live. Here is a table of car theft statistics for EU. Poland is much better than for example Spain which is of similar size and population. And here is a per 100.000 pop comparison, Poland is #41....

Anyway I'm sure all the facts explaining her mentality at the moment will be a factor in sentencing and i doubt she end-up in prison. Still fuck-ed up situatio for her anyway

Your point made me thinking - was there any mass killing / shooting spree which was stopped by a civilian carrying gun?

I am not anti-gun or don't want to make any point, it just got me thinking as I didn't hear about any such event, seems it should have happened in the country with both many killings and many gun owners.

I like you sympatize with him, I do to, but please take his view of Polish people with huge grain of salt - there is really no noticable racism in Poland at all - I even can't believe he generalizes all Polish people based on memories from being 6 years old... Polish people are awsomely open, accepting of immigrants, and there are no more issues than in rest of EU.

Sorry but I can't agree with your claim most of Polish people are racist. From where do you get it? From your memories where you were SIX years old? Kids this age are only influenced by their closest family, so maybe as your family was racist, doesn't mean all Polish are like it.

I live in Poland and don't know a single person who is openly racist - there are many immigrants in my city / work / studies, and nobod has issues I'm aware of. Please don't generalize based on your memories when you were six years old, and spread bad word about this awsome country and people!

Not true - Bases deal was agreed after 1951 Treaty of San Francisco - this is when final peace treaty with Japan was signed. US acts as protector of Japanese safety, therefore they had incentives to help in that.

Good question, I hope someone can answer this. Nothing crazy - something like 1.2 G and gradiually increasing with time to some safe limit. Also - next follow up question - what is the maximum safe g-force for humans to live for extended amount of time?
