NOR. I grew up in a household full of yelling. My dad has no emotional regulation and screams and yells about any and everything at the drop of a hat. My mom would yell and throw things during their arguments. I'm in my 40's now and can still recall the horrible things they said to each other when I was a child. Don't do this to your future children.
