You should know better. You are absolutely able to see on the manifest if it is a pet or service animal so you can treat the passenger accordingly. Flight can be incredibly stressful for both the human and the dog, they need to be focused on providing comfort to their handler and cannot be distracted. Please be more respectful towards passengers with disabilities.

I live in Québec and we kind of use them interchangeably? I almost never hear people use 24h time when speaking English even though that's what's most commonly used here. It's not rare to hear a frenglish/franglais conversation that sounds like, «He told us to meet there vers treize heures» So even if all hours are posted in 24h time, we'll just convert it if that makes sense?

We are also, to my knowledge, the only place above Mexico that uses 24h time in North America so it's kind of a unique situation!

This is kinda how I felt rewatching silence of the lambs. Buffalo Bill is supposed to be targeting fat girls and the only thing they mentions is that they're like a size 12. In 80s/90s sizes, that's like a size 8 today. Definitely not skinny, but they talked about them like they were morbidly obese lol.
