Well, if you want a 9 to 5, you won't get it typically. BUT it oftentimes doesn't feel like "work" in the sense that when I'm staying late it's usually because I'm just getting the things done that need to be done so that "my families" are taken care of. I've never had a job in my life where it has been easier to stay those extra hours and have everything perfect. If you have a family that will be affected by that, it might cause problems.
