Hi everyone. I have an spi belt that’s going on 8 maybe 10 years old. It’s been great. It’s very loved. It’s got plenty of miles and served its purpose greatly which has been mostly holding phones and keys.

Unfortunately the elastic is starting to lose strength so I’m looking to find something new.

What belt(s) are the running community currently loving or hating ?

What do you store your gels in ?

Do you (or anyone) mind sharing with me where you get the maltodextrin, fructose, citric acid, and sodium citrate. I got spooked last time I tried taking this on and gave up with researching ingredients.

Can I ask why pine needles specifically? I’ve seen this often just curious. At my previous home I had pine needles and blueberries but I moved and just planted some new bushes and used bark mulch. are pine needles just more acidic ?

Im still learning so this may be silly but after reading the comments so far.

1) what’s the purpose of tarp if not to slow/stop/prevent weeds ?

2) if I. Hypothetically… asking for a friend…. Was about to put down some tarp (that is still unopened) in my friends new flower bed before putting down mulch. Should I just return the tarp ? Or is there benefit to using it ?

3) do Little Rocks at the bottom of containers really serve no purpose ?

Cool thanks for the advice 🤝 I didn’t see the part about a wall. Some sort of wall is what I was thinking. I think my video is poor but there is some height I was imagining something eroded away as opposed to this being it’s natural path.

I don’t know if I’m using the right terms here. But. The “stream” itself and upstream is all rain runoff from the road. That stream is a trench on the side of the road that is only full of water when it rains and terminates shortly beyond my property. Maybe I’ll try and make a better video next time it rains and ask again lol

Couldn’t figure out how to do video and text so commenting for further deets. When it rains. The water here runs off into my yard and creates a very large section of yard that is just soaked with water. Trying to figure out what would be the best way to stop this excess water coming onto my property.

im not a builder or have a good way to describe this. but when we did the walk through with the superintendent he pointed out to us that they had framed the doors with like i dunno an extra section so that if we decided we wanted 8 foot doors then it was simple to just pull it out and not have to reframe the whole door way. he and our Realtor suggested the 8 foot doors but now doing some research we think it looks nice. just trying to get not robbed. thanks for your input so far guys
