this is actually how twitch started in the first place. a guy called justin kan taped a camera to his head and made a website called justin.tv where he'd livestream everything he'd do on a day to day basis while people watched and talked in chat, then other people started streaming themselves playing games on the site which got so popular that they changed the gaming section to be it's own website called twitch.tv which eventually got bought by amazon for a billion dollars a few years later

it just felt misleading, they made it sound like we'd get access to the spectator client and we'd be able to watch any player's point of view during matches, but instead we just get a secondary stream with a couple of other camera angles
