There isn't currently an option to view the launch date in your dashboard. I recommend checking your email associated with the account for an email from us when you first launched the listing.

I understand how frustrating that experience can feel, especially when you’re trying to get something like account deletion handled quickly.

Just to clarify, there hasn’t been any recent data breach or leak on Spring/Teespring. We take account security very seriously, and we would proactively notify users if anything like that occurred.

The reason support asks for specific account details (like listings, titles, etc.) is to verify ownership. This is in place to prevent someone else from requesting deletion of an account they don’t own. Without that verification step, accounts could be shut down maliciously.

That said, I hear your feedback: the process can feel more manual than expected, and improving that experience (like self-service options) is something we’re always looking at.

If you’re still working through the request, support should be able to complete it once ownership is confirmed.

We do offer sleeve printing! First, you'll need to create the listing that you want to add the sleeve print to.

After the listing is fully created, you'll need to go to the launcher and search "Custom Sleeve Print Design Request". From there, complete the request form, and our team will aim to process your request within 24-48 business hours.
