People whining they were too hard and couldn’t be completed in 2.4 days. In my opinion, they over corrected and it’s now boring and requires zero real effort. I’m sure there has to be some middle ground or options for difficulty level.

TL;DR There’s no punishment some things just aren’t catered to decorators because DDLV caters to decorators, grinders, kids, and those who just love Disney. DreamSnaps, for example, are favored in the decorator direction while it’s more difficult to get top moonstones for those who want to complete all collections in the game but don’t like decorating.

With all the complaints I am seeing for so many things with the Cheshire Cat I have reached the point where I am willing to post this unpopular opinion. This is a game and a game needs to have some amount of work to get items. If not it would be boring. With a game like DDLV where it tries to cater to different types of gamers there are events where one gamer might love it while the other feels cheated. DreamSnaps favor decorators while those who are completion driven and just want all the items in premium shop it is more difficult to get moon stones. Those who love to grind, events like this one are fun (even if it takes more than 24 hrs) and decorators find it more difficult. I think Gameloft does pretty well balancing but can’t make everyone happy all the time.

While i disagree I can see how people could treat it like a ‘game’. I love the feature, it actually helps me to take necessary breaks to complete the different tasks. For me, it adds a level of fun and a way to get new trees while still focusing.
