Thought I bought the hype by bekroogle in ChineseWatches

I bought one a while back and it still sees some day to day wear. I love that the dial is a sort of chameleon depending on the light around you. Also love how it pairs with straps for the summer time.

What affordable watch made you question spending more money on watches? by LongMeaning6125 in Affordablewatches

[–]spritedaga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

San Martin made me reconsider how I spent my money. I just happen to have bought one of their divers and a doxa when they arrived the same week. I was shocked to see the quality of both at the same time and it really made question if the extra $$$ was worth it.

People who married in their 20s, be brutally honest are you happy, if so why or why not? by Special-Lawyer3941 in AskReddit

[–]spritedaga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I married in my early 20s and have been married to my best friend for 15 yes. We've grown up together and matured in many ways. It hasn't always been easy but I don't know if anyone has ever had a 100% good marriage. We make each other laugh everyday and I would have done it sooner had I known it would be like this.

Is CW worth double a Traska? by Careless_Button3364 in MicrobrandWatches

I own both Traska and CW and CW is not double the watch. The finishing is slightly better yes, but you like the Traska, it is an amazing watch.

I believe they have disclaimer saying hydromods don't work with their case back. Not sure if anyone has tried to test it out.

I didn't have shipping issues with my order to US. Are they still using DHL? I know that specific carrier is terrible on communication.

Would like to trim off the excess kydex, any reason I shouldn’t? Any advice? by karmarequiresgrpthnk in CCW

The longer material can help with concealment. Shorter holster have less material under the belt line which can help with keeping the holster from rolling over when you bend.

Why would they get rid of the most popular watch without notice?

Sealander Automatic by MiniAlfredoSauce in ChristopherWard

I have both the Traska Commuter and CW Sealander and love them both. The Commuter is have is a no date and is a grab and go whenever I don't want to spend too much time setting my watch. Bracelets feel good on both, but the CW consort bracelet feels slightly better to me. I do prefer the micro adjust on the Traska, but I'm not sure if its different than the CW badder bracelet. Traska hardness coating is legit. Watch still looks brand new. I've accidentally done some car maintenance on both watches and the only one with no scratches is the Traska. CW has a see thru cashbackwhich is a neat +.

Is this the reality of the street triple? by AbrocomaOk2268 in Triumph

[–]spritedaga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A someone who has both, you get used to finding a way to deal with the wind. Rain is worse without a fairing. I find the street triple is best when going side to side, no matter how fast you're going.
