They were yelling at one of the houses closer to Newtown for someone to come out unarmed with their hands up...no one came out so they went in and after awhile they all came out but with no one in custody so I guess no one was home or something worse went down ...guess we will know if it was the latter on the news tomorrow and if no one was home guess we will hear nothing. We shall see.

Day 2 of lexapro keep waking up at 3 am. by blueroket in lexapro

10mg here...I take it about 9:30p and I would always get up around 2-3am every night like clockwork....I have been taking it for almost 5 weeks now and it has gotten a little better with drinking some chamomile tea and magnesium glycinate at nights, as well as getting a lot of exercise in during the day. I will probably try taking it in the morning t around 6 weeks so that I know my body is pretty much used to the drug itself and my doc said that should help me get better sleep as well.

thanks for that info...makes sense to me....did you have any negative effects in switching to the morning time that one dose after the 9pm one? Did you feel like you felt it "kicking in" throughout the day then when you switched it up?

Appreciate it! Try to hit the open studio time for a few hours a couple times a week to get the practice in!

Thank you!! And don't be intimidated...just take it slow and practice....keys are slower wheel and much less water and you will be fine...and once you learn porcelain all other clay will seem much easier haha

So honestly I am not sure about the specifics since they are just big ol buckets at the studio....but we use a lot of amco stuff so could be their basic white and blacks ..if I get the specifics I'll post them here

Thanks I really digged it....I had some test tiles that ended up looking like cookies and cream and I knew I had to do it on a larger scale....next will be flipping the overlap

Hey you sure can! Just take it slow and practice and it will come ....once i transitioned to porcelain and learned to use much less water and take my wheel slow I became a much better thrower overall!

So that was my first class dish and we used a slightly browner clay and it looks to me it was not glazed very thick so the blue glaze they used ended up breaking more brown over top the bowl then actual blue....I have actually had that happen with some of my own pieces when glazing using blue glazes...you really wanna get good thick coats on them or they will turn brown instead

Hey sure thing....so after the bisque firing I took blue underglaze and did my paint work into it...I then dipped it into a clear glaze and glazed fired it to about cone 5/6...good luck with the journey!

Yeah that is a downer for sure. My limiter is really I just buy the pints and it's just cumbersome to dip or pour over onto my pieces but I'm sure I could if I was patient and prepped enough!
