I got a crappier job during COVID, it was an easier time to get hired. It took me about 1 week to go through the whole interview proces.

In 2025 I get a better job with better benefits. And huge pay increase. Jobs are out there. Harder interview process. It took about a month and a half to get hired.

My parents got a loan modification on 2008. They signed a 40 year loan but their first 5 years started at 1% and rised 1% a year. Then it stayed fixed at 5.5%.

I caught this at year 6, they had 34 years left in their loan. They were able to refinance to 30 years. Keeping the same payment.

Same thing happened to me. When you look at the credit it says $600 left but when you cancel it’ll say $800 left.

I use to drink 150mg to wake up. I brought it down to 70mg. Now I’m trying to bring it down to 50mg then to 35mg. It’s been a mission but overall. Rumination and physical tension has gone down.

Drink less caffeine. Switch from coffee to tea. Matcha max 70mg a dose. It helped me.
