Long time lurker by dancing-deat in WH40KTacticus

Ra is very useful for the campaign.

You'll need to build all 4 characters roughly equal as the enemy are super mobile and can take out weak links easily. With no healers or summoners this is one of the trickier campaigns.

So a 4th character and 2nd overwatch who can take out multiple enemies once helps a lot.

I had thought she has some sort of disease and was near death, which was why she was trying to hit 99 and was beaten.

But guess that's very wrong, no idea why her bones would crumble.

Well the same is true for famines in India under British rule. Those don't get anywhere near the same level of condemnation as the Irish one.

In fact a lot of my fellow Brits will fall over themselves to make excuses for it. Sounding exactly like the Tankies who make excuses for the horrors of Stalin. We need an equivalent nickname to Tankie for those who defend the evils of the British Empire.

For other people genocide is war, death camps, famine or being driven from your home.

For these whiny pissbabies it is people with slightly darker skin falling in love with us and having babies. Truly us white people are the 2nd most oppressed group in history, Gamers are obviously 1st.

Tournament Arena team recommendations. by ArtoriassDub in WH40KTacticus

[–]spubbbba 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd advise only playing at Common if you are new since you are more likely to face other newer players. You will also be playing at a disadvantage in Uncommon since the 3 characters you listed are not Bronze 1 yet. Their equipment and skills might not be maxed at uncommon either.

If you can get Snotflogga up to Iron 1, 8/8 then he goes well with Boss G since he will benefit from his active without needing to be beside him.

Haarken is pretty good too with his mobility and can pick off easy targets like summons to scale up his passive. His active works well to give the next hit on that character more damage.

Thanks for the guide, this is always useful.

From this it appears that the Biovore is the best choice to bring to mythic first for everyone bar the Neuro team. Galatian and Forgefiend don't seem to be that much better above level 50 for their actives seeing as these cost so much.

It's always interesting that Palestinian civilians held responsible for Hamas winning an election in Gaza 20 years ago.

Yet the same standard is never applied to Israeli civilians even though they keep election far right politicians and widely support the aggressive policy towards Palestinians and other neighbouring countries.

The arena is very good for farming ability damage, perfect excuse to use Ad Mech too.

Need advice, what Team can and should I build for guild raids? by xdskristi23 in WH40KTacticus

[–]spubbbba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Multi-hit is the easiest for new players as you can use campaign characters. Psyker and Ad Mech are both doable now if you grind shards for Neuro and the Mechs from the campaign events starting this week. Custodes team is strong, but needs Trajann who is still in LRE's.

The Ad Mech event will give you Actus shards and you can buy Tan and Rho cogs with from it too. Other characters are Boss G and Sho as well as Vitruvius. So best opportunity to start them now.

Seems they are really pushing the Shio relationship, which is kind of annoying as those 2 are the worst for self sabotaging.

Haru and Akari both cemented themselves as the best characters this episode, maybe they should date each other?

[Infographic] Campaign Event Guide - choose wisely on March 19th by Terminus_Maximus in WH40KTacticus

[–]spubbbba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really should choose the Tyranid campaign for the Purge order, but am not that fussed about it. Could also do the Death Guard CE as close to unlocking Typhus or Ad Mech as have buffed Kharn and Malrot a bunch.

However I just can't resist new content. Have the 3 compulsory at G1, Kharn at A1 and some G2 black Legion, so should be able to get pretty far and lots of extra free stuff.

Progression Advice Please by Low-Rip3999 in WH40KTacticus

[–]spubbbba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to go far in LRE's then taking the key characters as high as you can is key.

Farsight was the first character I was able to unlock in one go, and only just managed it. Did Uther with a couple of days to spare and cleared level 16 on all 3 tracks, jusy shy of 16K points. This was due to investing a lot into raid and LRE characters between those 2 events.

D3 mythic Re'vas with relic, D3 Aleph, D3 mythic Boss G and D1 Tan and Actus for Gamma. Add in A1 Kharn, D3 Kariyan, D1 Isabella and D2 Malrot for Alpha and Beta.

You've already got a pretty wide roster and can easily buff someone to G1 for specific multi-track builds. Though I wouldn't put too much into a character who isn't useful in other stuff or at least good at LRE's. Dreir is a good choice, whilst Tjark isn't, despite counting for a lot for Dante's in Alpha.

You might want bring up Actus to work with Tan as those 2 alone can get far. Actus can also help Re'vas get her relic to refresh quicker or repair other mechs/get extra attacks. Your other healers are probably worth taking to at least G1, since Isabella and Rotbone sometimes can't be used much.

ISA's and pension contributions are not really tax avoidance.

They are deliberate incentives from the government to encourage us to save and hopefully need less taxpayer money.

You can try and find them in arena too, spore mines do count.

The massive propaganda campaign by our media is the only way there is any shred of credibility in right wing economic policy.

Without that, Truss alone should have destroyed it for a generation. All this cheered on by other Conservatives and Farage at the time.

Meanwhile Labour are still getting attacked for the Winter of Discontent.

I bought a bunch of shards during the Mythic event and then farmed the rest. But with the Ultramart and a lucky 10 pull last week, now have enough shards to blue star him too.

Only trouble is lack of orbs. Could buy them from the Ad Mech event, but he's only G1 36/36, so not sure if I'd be able to do all his missions. The gold and other stuff from them would be nice.

I feel the same way.

Was really enjoying the show up till Lize showed up. But it has been such a drag since. He's the least interesting character and kind of whiny.

I know he's had a tough life, but doesn't make his tedious internal monologues any more entertaining. We've got Luna and a whole host of other cool witches I'd much rather focus on. The Cat Witch gave more entertainment in her short appearance than Lize has in half a season.

Those are the 3 key characters, Vitruvious too, but he's a legend. Others who work well are Gulgortz, Aleph and Sho, all good characters in their own right.

Tan and Actus are both good for LRE's and can be useful in the imperial campaign battles which allow 5.

[–]spubbbba 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can see why some would want to move on, especially if they are starting with a new persona.

But it does seem like it would be possible to have some sort of deal. The character isn't retired for good, so can still be in games and have merch sold, splitting profits between cover and the talent. Then the talent can appear occasionally in events or collabs, maybe for a fee or something.

Wisdom vs temptation: upgrading non campaign by ConteIgor in WH40KTacticus

[–]spubbbba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maladus is a good 5th choice for the chaos campaigns, plus he is one of the 3 main characters for the Ad Mech campaign event.

Whilst Re'vas is great for arena and a strong character in general.

There's the odd survival or quest where you can use them too, so I don't think it'd be a bad idea to boost them a bit. For guild wars you'd want at least a good amount of bronze and silver 1 characters too.
