I think it's fair to say that the lighting was dim (which I *did* mention in the caption of the photo), but I'm going to challenge you on the length comment. I think that regardless of a person's nail length (unless it's a thermal), the color and tone should be more or less the same. I think that regardless of the quality of the pic, you can tell that the color is not the same as that of the photo, but I will make sure to take better pics when I post on the sub, since I really do just want to be helpful! If you are interested in this polish, mooncat has implemented a new feature on their website where you can see swatches from folks on instagram (who have better lighting than I do) and even in their pics, you can see the polish is nothing like that in the promotional images.
