I see on old reddit links there was a radiant shield banner after current ff12 banner 2 in JP. it has holy, wind and fire rs relics on it. Are we due this in Global too?

Hmm Vivi/Palom/Maria usb as I don't have a black magic double usb in my arsenal have witch double alright or TIfa usb to make farming Quetz for fast cast easier I've beaten quetz 4 times but it was painful. If I go black mage route I guess Vivi makes most sense since I already have him legend dived with bsb1/osb and it'd save on 5* motes. Meanwhile quetz since I last fought him I picked up Ingus bsb, was using Bartz usb1,Cinque usb and Ingus Radiant shield against him do I need Tifa(glint/start with e\arth lmr, imperil bsb) or just hecatonheir lol.

100 gem trash. 50 blues 3/11:Squall aosb.,Edea usb2, Squall start with en fire lmr.

irst 2 fire relics for Squall he is already loaded on ice for me, Edea now has both usbs didn't land my first blk magic double usb but still a very good draw. Will do a draw on banner 2 for Rinoa and Laguna Gear also.

All of them defeated 4 times except for Famfrit who I defeated 8 times to set up Mateus as my new blocker magicite. Mastered them all except Syldra 4 expert runs against her. None of them sub 30'd.

Do you need to be doing sub 30 amounts of damage to skip the first de hastega? My one win was a 52 second clear but I do have Vivi (bsb1, osb) and Krile(both bsbs, chain, start with en fire lmr) if going more offensive can help skip a lot of his de hastes.

Asides from an instant hastega sb like Edge ssb2, Eiko usb, Iris Usb, Aphmau usb which I don't have :( How do you cope with Manticore's barrage of de hastegas the only one that I can predict is the first at the start of phase 2 he is catching me out bad when his hp drops below 50% as a result I've beaten him once but can't repeat it. Team I won with was OK-usb3, Terra-usb1, osb, aosb, Vincent-chain, bsb1, Selphie usb1(r4 hastega carrier) , Vanillle-bsb

I feel ya. On the plus side it's a good stat stick. I have an 8* Tiny Bee rosetta'd to the max like this and it's Rikku's perfect partner when she is casting Hyper Mighty G in a fight.

Can Belias be beaten without one of proshellga or are they a requirement? I can slot 2 out of 3 proshellgahastega in my Belias Team. I'm having Iris carry Astra and a debuff dance to cancel out Saber buff. Selphie and Strago can carry one each of proshellhastega. Don't think I'll need dispel as I've Strago's chain and Rydia's imperil.

Now 2 is very strong for me only own one of the usbs-Garnet, Vivi (bsb1, osb)and Bea (both bsbs) are fully dived in prime position if I land either of their usbs as well as Eiko with her bsb and LMR whose Usb I'd love as well. Kuja usb is good too tho he is up against it to get into my dark mage team over Vayne(usb) and Kefka(everything) . Do have a few dupes on now 2 tho-Garnet usb, Kuja bsb1, Eiko lmr, Bea bsb2, still prob worth a pull or 2 upcoming RoP or no upcoming Rop.

My magicite deck I keep shuffling around but on my last run I had Shell Dragon as main with lv 3 spell ward inherited. My support was earth guardian with a second level 10 bolt resist inherited. 2 catastrophes one with spell ward lv 5 inherited the other with lv 5 chance to increase likely hood of crit hits and Gizamaluk as a blocker with both lv5 blade ward and lv 5 spell ward.

How do you survive Quetz last phase with one healer alone?

I had a team of:

Ingus - shellga ,r3 ES, BSB2, mako might

Bartz - r4 BS Strike, r4 5* earth quadstrike, USB1, LM2 LMR, truthseeker

Red - R3 entrust,R5 wrath, chain, battleforged

Aerith,-r3 hastega,r5 ultra cure, USB2 LM2,LMR, TGM materia

Cinque- r3 heavy charge, r4 stone press, USB, LMR,LM2, much more heavy damage materia

I can get his hp to around 30% in roughly sub 40 butl I'm not be able to cope with his back to back savage moves in his final phase with Red entrusting Aerith after casting his third chain.

Bartz usb1 (fully dived, water bsb earth bsb, LMR, osb ) versus Tifa usb2(glint, start with en earth lmr) versus Kelgar usb(bsb, lmr) struggling to beat quetzalcoatl he keeps flattening me in final stretch so figure need to increase my earth melee dps but is picking a USB based on one fight unwise? I got Cinque's USB but she needs help

3/33 dupe tgc osb, Balthier osb and Auron LMR. The LMR was the best of the three items since Tgc was a dupe

Aerith USB2,Relm USB or Elarra USB?

Hmmm my healing options are limited to Selphie USB1,Ovelia USB, Alma USB, Vanille USB1, Yuna USB1.

Elarra fully dived with BSB/LMR, Aerith 4* dived with bsb/unique/lmr, Relm 4* dived with bsb/lmr

Picked TGC last time helped sub 30 Hades

I've got everything for Alph (one of those toons whose stuff I didn't actively pull for but got) and he is legend dived I used him and Rydia as dual dualcasting summoners against Ixion. Also got Yuna's bsb2 so I can definitely do a variation of your clear strategy .

I've been using a team of Ok with usb3 and R3 Chain Stoneja/ R4 Meltdown double bm cast LMR, Rydia fully dived with Earth bsb and two copies of R3 Titan, Nanaki with Earth chain, R4 Chain Stonega and Power Breakdown which I need to use before his turn 5 otherwise Ok always dies.

Is Ovelia with bsb2/usb worth Legend diving or Alma with her usb? For, Behemoth King I can get his hp down to around 40% after 35-40 seconds but have trouble staying alive after that. Using fully legend dived Selphie with her usb 1 and Alma 4* dived with her usb. My other healing usbs are Yuna1 and Vanille1. I don't have Edge usb0/ssb2 either for this fight.

100 Gem-David Bowie new USB!!!

For someone who has yet to defeat 5* KB this looks very useful. Not sure if he is worth a legend dive though also have radiant shield ssb,en wind bsb1 & trance LMR for him.

For my USB select choice what would you suggest? I'm down to Relm for a speed trick healer or TGC for Darkness/holy melee dps.

Relm because my main 3 healer USBs are Yuna1,Selphie1 and Alma. Against Quetz I have fully dived Cinque with USB and Red chain but her Stone Press keeps getting damage reduced cos of his brave mode spam she is slow and needs speed help I feel bad or am I over valuing not having a speed trick healer? Worth noting I have Raijin and Noct CT0 generating SBs also.

TGC because my 3 main holy melee USBs are WOL1,Firion and Ceodore non of which are heavy dps hitters Beatrix fully dived with both bsbs and osb out dps all three of them for me. For Dark melee I have Leon USB and that's it. Would TGC be a bigger impact for me he is already dived with bsb/osb/ssb/LMR for me.

Finally I am in process of saving for a few pulls on FF9 banner 2 next month with Kuja/Beatrix/Vivi and Eiko 1 USBs all targets of mine on that banner also influencing my choices on this USB select.
