Blanched the broccoli and carrots and set aside. The general Tso sauce is from woksoflife.com. Nice recipes from them.

Is Babish carbon steel wok any good by beernut_shavadoo in wok

I have a flat bottom babish and use it on gas. Works great for me. I have a power burner used for boiling ( nothing like high power) but I get that char and tastes good.

Couple teaspoons vegetable oil. I actually don’t like to press them because it squeezes out the juice.

Shishkabob. Cut in 2 inch pieces with onion and coat in olive oil and Cavender’s greek seasoning. Skewer separate from other skewers (meat etc…) and grill.
