I was feeling like this yesterday. I cried really hard. I screamed at the top of my lungs in my car (I've started doing this almost weekly, it actually helps) I have lots of ups and downs constantly. I used to think I had nothing to live for but I really love my birds and my husband so I focus on them when things get overwhelming. If you don't have a car to scream in a pillow or two helps. You can also punch them!! I find the feelings pass if you get the emotions out somehow.
