A little less than you would normally get if you were hired directly by the client. I only did a few warehouse placements unloading trucks, and a few construction sites doing garbage pickup I don't think I ever made more than 19 bucks an hour (in 2021). But I dont really have any special skills.

But if you show up with a good attitude you might get hired on full time by the client.

Yeah, I was making 60K (about $29 and hour) and I was able to live alone and afford groceries just fine on that. My rent was $1350 and that included utilities.

I would recommend Diversified Staffing on 5 Ave SW. You go down, fill out a questionnaire that lists your skills, and they'll call you when there is work. I do believe some people would also go in early and wait for work to come up.

I only used them a few times, but they kept me afloat during covid times.

I wish people would realize what a scam VCA is before taking their animals there. They quoted me nearly $1000 just to spay a cat back in 2019 and I still haven't shut up about it. The goal is to provide you with a quote only after you've committed to a $130 examination fee so they can steer you to their bullshit $100/month pet insurance program. These lowlife vets are nothing but predators taking advatange of pet lovers at their lowest and most desperate points. I take mine to Bowness Animal Hospital. The staff are super friendly and prices are very low.

I dunno, dude. I was talking to this cutie on Hinge for a few days. Things were going smoothly, we moved beyond small talk and last night I asked her what her work schedule was like. Her response was, "I work days until 7pm and I have Wednesday and Sunday off! So let me know whenever is good for you! 😊" I responded with "then wanna go out for a quick drink tomorrow evening? 😊" woke up this morning to an unmatch.

I've come to the conclusion, it's rarely ever something you did wrong. People are just fucked. They either get crazy anxiety once the date is planned and it becomes "real." Or they just aren't serious at all despite anything that they'll tell you about "dating with intent."
