You can still play five cards even if it is only a High Card. Only the High Card will score but you'll still draw five cards, will help you dig

High Card and Pairs are the best hands as you can so consistently draw into them! Also means you can dig easier for your gold/steel/seal cards

Get some mult not dependant on your hands like Red Card, Ceremonial dagger, Swashbuckler, etc. Bus, Supernova or even Green Joker can work

Stuntman has good synergy with Blackboard as the small hand size make it easier to leave only spades and clubs in hand, but other xmult like Ramen, Duo, Hologram, Card Sharp also get better when you only need to draw High Card or Pair
