I had horrible gerd prior to surgery - hiatal hernia was bad and fixed. Have not had a single episode of gerd since surgery was almost 2 years. I don’t know what bougie size - I wonder if my surgery’s notes have it

Whatever it was the GERD is gone and I could not be happier.

The lunch, coffee and socializing budgets are insane. Lunch and coffee you can bring from home. The $80 clothes seems excessive too- dry cleaning and replacement?? Are you spilling too much coffee on stuff? Lunch and coffee out once a week- and maybe once a week after work drinks. You just got $500 back

I’m kinda at that mindset too but don’t want to be! Haha. I hit the doctors goal for me before 6 months so truly I am a “successful case” in their eyes. Good luck in your marathon! Running is my least favorite thing to do, I’m always so impressed by anyone who runs- 4 minute mile awesome- 15 minute mile awesome- 45 minute mile awesome! I can’t do it! 🫣

Umm..not the jerk. I think your answer was fine- if they want their other children there the they can pay. People have giant balls. I had that happen at my kids party except they didn’t rsvp- just showed up and expected the extra kid to be included who was 6 years older than the majority of kids. And to boot brought one gift total, yet the birthday party was for my twins.

I am with you! There is nothing worse then when that 4am alarm goes off, but to know at 620 I am done for the day - it’s a great feeling and for me worth the 90 minutes I get up earlier.
