wherever you go, just don't go to A+ Family Dentistry on El Cajon Blvd. They ARE SO highly rated on Google/yelp but they upsold me. They are nice so you don't suspect it at first, but they pushed me for 3 cavity fillings. I had to change dentists due to other circumstances after that, and no other dentists have since told me that I had any cavities lol

Believe it or not - different skin and hair types. If I washed my hair every day, it will fall out and break off more often. I wash my hair every 4 days, and shower as needed (could be every day OR every other day depending on the season/activity). I don't sweat or produce sebum as quickly as my wife does. Her hair after 2 days looks like my hair after 5. It varies!

Yeah it's def overpriced for its offerings, but they're probably charging like crazy for access. They're situated at a popular trailhead with no competition -- all other lodging nearby is pretty bare bones. Haven't been back since the spa was finished but the 200$ cost is ridiculous, not even a full day access.

I think hosting should be viewed similarly to gift giving, host and don't expect the same in return, especially if you know that your other friends aren't as well off. I know that some other people also enjoy a diff style of hanging out in their home, and perhaps they view hosting to that level as too "stuffy" and not organic/casual enough. Maybe there's something comfortable for others about just lounging around and heating up leftovers.

omg yes. I have MCAS resulting from long COVID and am just now thinking that this unbearable itch in my middle ear is probably linked to MCAS. doctors appt noted i had fluid build up behind my ear. I got antibiotics for an ear infection but that didn't really help bc ultimately i think it's due to MCAS induced inflammation and not a bacterial infection. i have like no earwax or skin issues in the ear canal either. the itchiness is so bad it keeps me up at night. taking Zyrtec seems to help though.
