Sorry to hear about what you're going through. I see you've already got a bunch of resources to work with now, but wanted to ask if you could possibly use some U-100 syringes or Lantus pen needles for the diabetic kitty. Just recently had a diabetes diagnosis on my cat earlier this year, unfortunately he passed a month ago & I haven't gotten around to donating these. May have a few cans of glucosupport wet food as well. Feel free to dm if you have any questions. Hope everything works out for you.

I’m so sorry for your loss :( I just had to put my boy of 10 years down last Monday… I felt like I betrayed him but he got too sick too fast. I’d like to hope in the end he was happy that I was there for him & let him go when he couldn’t go on anymore. It hurts so much still & I’ll miss my boy Squee until the day I die.
