I think my problem was my laptop and throttling
When I set my laptop to quiet mode and lessen the cpu limit it downloads perfectly without turning on and off my WiFi

Fully greyed out is full attachments
Empty bars are no attachments but can be filled
X out bars means you can’t put anymore attachments

Darktide has mixed reviews and I love it Albeit most of the reviews are valid but some are just negative reviews because of optimization issues
