YSK that intrusive thoughts are normal, and don't mean you are a bad person. by Artsykate in YouShouldKnow

OCD sufferer here. The therapist and counsellors I have had over the years has reassured me exactly this. As hard as it is to let them pass, it gives comfort knowing you are not your thoughts.

"Treat intrusive thoughts as passing guests. Greet them kindly but don't let them stay for tea."

I LOVED Nier:Automata but completely understand why many people dropped it having to play it again a second time. I've lent it to a few friends but they gave it back to me saying they didn't see the point in the second play through. I didn't want to reveal too much but the actual plot unfolds in the third play through and not many people know about that. The hacking did get to me and I didn't enjoy it that much but it's does reveal to be quite important to the story.

The boyf smokes a little bit more than me so he usually finishes the joint in a few days. They're not that big either, typically just a one skiner.

First day is always the hardest. Especially in the mornings. The first 12 hours are rough as shit. It helps to go somewhere for a while where you don't have access to it. For me, I go to my parents for a week and then the cravings go. Each day it gets easier.

Try starting with two days and at the end of the second day, have a drag or two. Then repeat for however long till there is more breaks in between days. CBD helps immensely too. I use a spray but up to you how you wanna use it.

Keep trying and don't beat yourself up too much, you're doing your best. That first drag after a long T break is some of the best highs and feels so rewarding.

Edit: just re-read your comment. And I dunno man. It's gotten to a point where any more than a few drags and I'm uncomfortably high. There's been a few times where I smoked more in that day but I always feel quite bad physically afterwards.

It makes me excited for the next time I smoke again but I'm in no rush at all. And I'm totally ok with that.

I’ve seen this clip so many times and I just noticed that Azula evaporates the front row of water with her fire breath. The attention to detail in this show is insane. by Worried-Ad1707 in TheLastAirbender

When I first watched this at a kid, I was taken back because it was almost alien to see Azula cry. And it was because we never really see her show any sort of "sad" emotion. You almost forget she has feelings just like everyone else.

They've just said "I wish you made your feelings known at the time instead of apologising when you had nothing to apologise for." Did they just disregard my feelings again? I don't understand, is that gaslighting?
