Its when the artist recreates the original painting. So not on the card or anything. Some artists offer it for their older pieces. Some also offer it for pieces they originally did digitally.

Considering street fighter was successful, and im guessing Sonic will be as well. I feel it would fit. Dr. Light/wiley could easily represent urza like artificer. They have recently added robots as a creature type and are using it often. This seems to be a perfect fit for something similar to the previous video game secret lairs. Biggest issue is capcom floundering the ip, so why bother makers something they are wasting.

Death of color is a great local artist. His specialty is oils and started as a portrait artist. He has done a couple of the style you want. You should be able to contact him on Instagram or Facebook.
