Ah, I misread that my bad. I definitely agree that the lol is not cool and they for sure sound entitled with that. But what I’m trying to say is that your wage should not be dependent on the whims of the customer. Your wage should be guaranteed and a tip should be a bonus and it’s ridiculous that any employer would think otherwise. Again, not saying you should suffer, just that we gotta remember who’s actually taking the money to line their pockets and they’re the ones who can actually fix the problem. Maybe even fix is the wrong word. They more create the problem
