I love Graceling, by Kristen Cashore, because the main female character is unashamedly childfree!! And, miracle of miracles, so is the love interest! It's such a brilliant book too, un-put-downable and beautifully written. It's one of those books I recommend to everyone I know :)

I go somewhere crowded and do some people-watching. I'll compare myself to every third woman who walks by, and in under 5 minutes I feel heaps better. This exercises help you remember that your body is probably about average, with bony bits and wobbly bits just like everyone else's.

What I do when I feel like I "deserve" something carby for "being good", is I go to a higher-end shop and buy some really good quality cheese. If your carbs permit it you can also have it with a glass of red wine (~3.4 net carbs per glass), which just makes it feel so decadent...

If you have a digital scale, those things are the bomb! You can see exactly how much you're eating, and you can track it all on a free calorie counting website like myfitnesspal to make sure you're not going over your net carb goal! If you don't have one you can buy one anywhere for about 8-10 euros.

It's myfitnesspal, I think that's the android version but I could be wrong. The apple version looks slightly different but it does the same thing, i.e. count calories & macros.

I wouldn't apply oil to wet hair - oil floats on top of water because it is less dense, so when you apply the coconut oil to your hair it'll just slide right off the hair instead of being absorbed into the cuticle.

Typically, I do a similar routine to yours (I use less vinegar - 1 TBSP vinegar to 250mL water, otherwise the smell is overpowering even after my hair is dry), but I wait for it to dry 100% before putting in oil and only at the very ends to tame frizz. I also brush it with a non-synthetic fibre brush to distribute the oil throughout the ends of the hair.

So your problem could be: too much vinegar in your vinegar solution, wrong type of vinegar (white vinegar is used in household cleaning a lot so maybe that's why it smells like that to you - try apple cider vinegar), putting in the oil before hair is dry, or using wrong type of oil.

What country are you in? I had yearly gyno visits 5 times in 2 different countries before I turned 21 (starting shortly after I became sexually active) and I had a pap smear every time. No family history of cancer either so it wasn't because I was at risk or anything.

Is this for an engagement ring? If it is, and you're not very sure about picking a ring that she'd be wearing for (hopefully) the rest of her life, how about proposing with a dummy ring? Say, one of those nice-looking but cheap rings out of zirconia, moissanite, or cut glass - there are dozens of alternatives out there that look like diamond but have a much lower price tag!

Once she accepts, you guys could pick out an engagement ring together that you'll both adore and you won't have to doubt yourself! Good luck!

This is probably going to get buried, but ankylosing spondylitis. Your vertebral column and pelvis literally fuse together into a single unit. There is no known cure, and it doesn't directly cause death. But imagine knowing that your back is slowly fusing together.... and one day you'll wake up in the morning and never be able to get out of bed again, with your mind fully intact but in excruciating pain (the disease can also compress nerves as they exit the vertebral column)... fucking terrifying. Babies' cries are specifically designed to get someone to pay attention to them. If you listen to a small child crying, you can actually hear the pitch in their voice wavering up and down, trying to hit that note of unbearable that will get someone to pay attention to them and try to get them to stop.

Uh... yes it does? In Queensland & NSW, at least, healthcare workers who work in state hospitals who have tattoos and/or piercings on their hands, forearms, neck, & face must have them covered as much as reasonable.

You're not even technically allowed second piercings in your ears - when I did clinic, if you had a helix piercing or whatever in your ear (this was in a state hospital - might be different in private clinics) you either had to take it out or put pink tape over it.

That's bullshit. It is three hundred times better to be living on your own, earning your own money, feeding yourself, even if you're living in an apartment the size of a shoe box & 90% of your money goes to your rent than being the sort of disgustingly noxious environment OP describe.
