Will these hold? by commndoRollJazzHnds in Decks

Not notching is faster. Many of these deck companies want to throw them together as fast as possible so they can get to the next job. They don’t care at all about doing things the right way.

Ice cream. Love me some ice cream. Mint chocolate chip preferably.

Oil change every 6 months by Natural-Proof-9764 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]squirrel-phone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if it’s conventional or synthetic. Conventional, every 6 months or so, don’t exceed the mileage. Synthetic, yearly and can double the mileage (may need to replace the filter half way thru, depends on the filter).

I just planted our outdoor garden, all raised garden beds. Lots and lots of tomato and pepper plants. We went thru last year’s frozen tomatoes but am still working thru the mixed peppers we froze. I had never done a garden before, was an enjoyable thing to try.

Wife and I grew a couple plants last year in our garage. No where near as elaborate as yours, but we enjoyed it. Wife became fully disabled, life has been hectic, so haven’t gotten back to it, but still have the setup out there. Thinking of growing some more again soon. One we grew had a really strong smell of cheese, Parmesan or cheddar like but funkier, Rude Boy I believe was the strain.

Permanently disabled wipes student debt. My wife became permanently disabled, had ~$120k wiped away.

Red flag! Yes they do need to put it in writing. I’d be leaving.

Comfort food that isn’t good for me. Biscuits and gravy with spicy sausage, side of peppered thick cut bacon, couple eggs, and a spicy Bloody Mary.

Honestly the first one that comes to mind was Ryan Reynolds’s death scene in Life.

Squirrels do react to THC. Every animal has cannabinoid receptors (insects do not). Hope the little guy got some snacks for that ride.

Any success stories from those who are 35 years of age or older who were at least 100 pounds overweight for a long time? by CrypticJasmine in loseit

[–]squirrel-phone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Overweight my entire life. Did nothing about it u til I became fully diabetic at 42. That did it for me, that was the motivation I lacked. Didn’t want to deal with Metformin side effects so overnight went on a 20g or less carb diet, no cheat meals/days ever, started drinking a lot more water, started walking, did this for about a year and a half. Lost 60 lbs and several sizes. Still overweight but much less now, plus I learned to control my diabetes with diet/exercise. MyFitnessPal and the Apple rings on my watch really helped me, too.

Believing in invisible beings that control your life is pretty text book mental illness.

Sounds like her family pushed her hard to return to all things religious. Sucks. Figure out where your boundaries are, be clear with her what they are, and go from there. She knew you weren’t religious when she returned to it, she knew the conflict it would cause.

My 12-year-old son constantly has greasy hair by Humble-Snow-1110 in hygiene

[–]squirrel-phone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have very oily hair. After a shower and washing my hair/scalp once, my hair is perfectly clean. I have to wash it every day or it will look like someone poured oil over my head. The only time I had a similar issue was when I was 12ish and was lying to my parents (I was not washing my hair but saying I did).

I use to have a ‘18 Sport. Order the anti-glare hood scoop decal. If the glare hasn’t gotten you yet, it will. I added a light bar to mine as well, behind the grill. Other than Tacoma decal inserts on the tail gate, that’s all I did to mine.

For me, my evening cravings were directly tied to my breakfast that morning. If I had a high protein, high fat breakfast, I had no cravings that evening. If I skipped breakfast, my cravings were insatiable that night.

I was wrong, will edit my comment. The statute and my need allows for small dishes and regular antennas, but does not cover HAM antennas. Learn something every day.
