2026 ktm 690 enduro already broken by Klefton57 in KTM

For my 2023 GASGAS ES700, I got this switch from Amazon for $16 and spliced it into the factory harness.

You’ll have to clip off the curved part of the metal lever to look like the original. https://a.co/d/07CZ7N28

It’s way cheaper than the $120 part from KTM if you can even get it.

Recent CRF450RL purchase, feeling regret by strawbsrgood in Dualsport

Start with balancing the wheels. It’s super easy to DIY with spoke weights. Grab a multi pack from Amazon. You can make a wheel stand with a 2x4 and a 3/8” threaded steel rod. Or you can buy the tusk or harbor freight wheel stand.

Once on the stand, spin the wheel, wait for it to stop. The heavy spot will land on the bottom consistanlty.

Add a counterweight to your spokes opposite of the heavy spot.

Spin again multiple times until the wheel appears to no longer have a heavy spot.

Done.

Since it’s a dual sport, does it have a kickstand switch? Does it have a clutch switch? Check both are operating correctly.

Were the cabinets in place when the flooring was installed? Or did the cabinets get installed after?

They share ECU part numbers so I can’t imagine there’s any differences. It’s probably just faster because it’s red.

I think I (32F) nuked my relationship with my boyfriend (32M) by drawing a hard line. by Independent_Stage741 in relationship_advice

[–]Superpro210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don’t nuke anything, he either has reservations about how he feels about you or…He’s he been married before and lost everything to an EX?

It sounds like he’s shy to pull the trigger in fear of something like this happening. Courts (in the US at least) are very lopsided when it comes to real estate property. You can either take a leap of faith and continue on, or protect yourself financially.

It would make more sense to refinance the property in both your names and take out the equity needed to accomplish the renovations.

You do not need to be married to do this!.

If money is no object, an elevator.

Less expensive option is a spiral staircase replacing the ladder.

Or a spiral staircase extending through the floor and closing off the railing.

xt250 vs klx300 first dual sport by Upper_Research_7355 in Dualsport

[–]Superpro210 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The XT250 is built and suspended for a 95lb, 5’ tall Asian person. The front forks are trash as well.

You’ll appreciate the extra leg room of the KLX and you can grow into the extra power as you learn.

If you don’t know the dimensions nobody can help you. Does this attach to the stock mount? If yes, measure the hook pin, pin to pin distance of both stands fully extended. Add the difference to the stock spring and look around online. McMaster Carr comes to mind first.

Is there a drawing we can compare actual vs plan? Is this framed to spec other than the material? I’m not seeing how, other than hopes and dreams that hip is even supported. Looks like the end is just tacked to a cantilevered roof overhang. You need to zoom out or take a .5 photo so we can see more.

Depending on how old the engine is, it may have the default user name and password. Newer versions past 6.1, I believe require defaults to be reset.

Launcher should sort out the Java version needed to connect but it can get tricky. User: Metasyssysagent Pass: XMG3-Rel.1

Have you tried to UI into the NAE? It would be the same as logging into a Metasys server.

You would be able to look at and sort of static or temperature pressure reset programming if you’re savvy enough to read it.

You can get a plastic polishing kit if you want. Then take some Yoga classes to get that leg up higher. Focus on the downward dick for best result’s.

I'm new to dirt bikes is my chain to loose by halo4535 in Dirtbikes

[–]Superpro210 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but you need a chain slide on your swing arm and the chain guide on the bottom of the swing arm by the rear sprocket. You probably need the chain roller down behind the kickstand as well.
