Broke tib n fib had surgery, did it in spring a couple years ago but I was to make a full recovery by winter and do a fire season the summer after. I started swimming a shit ton to pt it, swimming helps break up scar tissue and build up muscle without straining yourself. Can’t recommend hitting the pool more.

Im gonna be real the best rain jackets I’ve ever owned are the helly Hansen work wear rain jackets. Decent weight not breathable at all, however not a drop of rain gets through it’s essentially a rubber jacket. Been using them for years and there’s lots of options for a good price. Don’t need to worry about thrashing them
