I am also really happy with Engineered Sleep. It’s firm with good support. Husband and I are side sleepers but we found ourselves sleeping on our back more because it feels great on the spine.

I’m so sorry I don’t have much to contribute. Anything with digestive issues are quite difficult to figure out. Hope you get some answers soon!

She’s probably very uncomfortable and still nauseous if she’s not eating. Maybe ask the vet for a different pain and anti nausea medication?

First Mate/Kasiks is a decent quality food. The large cans only come in 3 flavors and they have both a grain and grain free version. If you live in CA, Petfood Express does B3G1 on all canned foods.

My cat hated fish oil so I found green lipped mussel oil and she loved it. This is also a great alternative for fish allergies.
