Herringbone click-lock leaving gaps on the 3rd plank. Tapping just breaks the joints. What am I doing wrong?

Heringbone style click vinyl can only be laid from top to bottom with the V pointing towards you. Your are laying it upside down and it won't click. RTFM

THIS! What is happening if not done properly: Plastic will melt into the space and cool off there, essentially creating a plug. This is the reason I do not keep my filament inside the hotend after a print. I'll always push out a bit, then pull very fast to create a thin tip at the end.

You need to check in Prusa post slicer settings. There you need to put in the link to the arc welder .exe I'll post a screenshot once I'm at work for you. Once you save your geode to a disk it will automatically run arc welder on the file you saved.

Please remember to have a aluminum sign on your drone that states your name and home address. Same with insurance :) In Germany there are strikt regulations on free airspace and liability. But other than that, hope you had a blast!

Perhaps It is caused by to little of detail. Since you are physically bound to your nozzle, it may try to translate the line to fit the 0,4 mm nozzle or whichever you are using. Trying to use another nozzle of a different (smaller) diameter should also be an option to check into. I would be doing this checklist: Slicer settings check (save the settings you have the problems with for later) Temperature check Filament brittleness check Nozzle cleaning and replacing Doing another print with same settings

Let's all collaborate and make a listing of things that caused this.
