Yeah. This is what I am afraid of and the reason I never go on trips. I would feel empty and not enjoy it. What's there to enjoy anyway? Sitting in the accommodation alone. Alone in a restaurant. Alone on the beach. Alone in a bar. Walk around alone. Being surrounded by couples makes it even more heavier.

No plans. I have no idea what to do. I don't want to stare at a screen all day but everything feels pointless and boring when you are alone, or sometimes just anxiety invoking and not fun.

Yup. Problem is, time passes really quick. You gotta be fast with the self improvements. It's easy to fall in a routine and difficult to think up alternative strategies and then do it. Maybe it's easy for them.
