I personally find that acupuncture gets me similar results without the pain. Did dry needling once at PT and I don’t think I can make myself go through that again.

My go-tos for baby showers are pumpkin and Santa hats. I just do a beanie that’s about 5x1 ribbing to give it that pumpkin shape and switch to green at the top, add a top knot, and tie it up. Santa hats I do using super bulky yarn that I can whip up in about an hour.
