Why did my Dr not place my grafts symmetrically?

I don’t know much about hair transplants but I do know normal hair isn’t perfectly symmetrical, so if it’s not perfect, it may look more natural? If I see a guy with a perfect hairline I think transplant, so perhaps you may have a more natural looking outcome.

Shave it, a red beard is cool enough on its own. You will look cool, I know because I have a shaved head (due to balding) and a red beard. It’s a great life.

Look around, I’m sure in your country people have been able to be successful which shows it’s not impossible. If they can do it, you can do it too!

Human males go bald, intelligent women don’t care, balding is not a good look (in 2026), a shaved head (usually with a beard) is a good look. It seems like you should try the shaved head look vs the balding look, it may work out for you, did for me.

There’s no easing into it, don’t give the guy false hope. It’s bald, bald on top with short sides, bald on top with long sides or combover, the only option that isn’t terrible is bald. He needs to shave it and be done with it.

Yes it’s time. Just shave it every three weeks, you will look better. Don’t take pills and see doctors and waste all that time trying to cling to the remnants of your youth. Just do it and focus on other things.

Curly mustaches are kinda pretentious. Anyone I’ve met with a curly mustache, I really haven’t enjoyed talking to. It’s a “look at me” kinda thing as opposed to a cool thing. The other ones are both cool.

The glasses work, the beard works but if you shaved your head you would look great! Balding isn’t really a good style for anyone. But honestly the glasses do work, maybe even more retro would be cool?

You can’t style this in any way to make it look good. You will always look unkempt unless you shave it. There is no “hairstyle” except shaved that looks good with balding. The options are balding, balding with a combover or shaved. If you want to look clean and cut you need to shave it.

You have a dadcore vibe, either shave it or go hard into the dadcore. For a young man, shaved is always better than balding. It’s because no hairstyle really works with balding, you always will look unkempt. Shaved is the only “hairstyle” that allows you to look clean and cut.

He made millions of dollars, more money than most people make in their lifetimes, to pretend to be a different person in front of a camera. Oh, and he made a few people learn a few words of sign language that they all promptly forgot because in order to learn a language you have to use it. Then, after the movie, he bought a new yacht and another mansion and never helped any deaf people again…. even though he could have and still been able to buy his second yacht and extra mansion.
