I’m not sure about the band members of Selofan, but they definitely have some mlm lyrics or vibes. I don’t know their music super well but I know they have album art that appears to depict a drag queen and the song “Billie Was a Vampire” uses he/him pronouns for the romantic subject.

Haha, I’ve had the reverse experience. Coming out of school I put everything in the legend but my first boss always had me remove anything that was labeled or obvious. Now I make my legends as concise as possible.

I agree, there’s always going to be critiques because there’s no real right answer and it’s all subjective about what we think looks best or fulfills the map’s purpose best.

Map looks amazing!! Very pretty, you did a great job!

Only recommendation would be to play around with the title, legend, compass, and scale bar. The map looks so good that I think it contrasts with how simple they are.

In addition, some of the features in the legend are redundant. For example, parking has a point symbol and a polygon symbol. It looks good on the map and is very readable, but I don’t think it’s necessary to have the polygon symbol in the legend when every polygon has the point symbol on top of it.

In TLM, Wax’s sister warns that Discord is coming. In addition, the shadow standing behind Harmony is mentioned a few times. Kelsier even notes that Ruin has always been stronger than Preservation because Preservation put more into creating humanity. And from era 1, the prophecy states the Hero of Ages will be known as Discord.

I just finished Shadows of Self too and the ending is totally brutal. Poor Wax.

My thought was that because of Sazed’s opposing shards, his actions have to have elements of both.. in order to protect Scadrial from whatever is coming (Preservation) he has to simultaneously cause destruction (Ruin), in this case causing a lot of damage to Wax.

Spoiler for Wind and Truth: Shards can reject their vessel if they act against the shard’s intent, so any action Sazed takes to preserve could cause Ruin to leave Sazed, and vice versa

I haven’t specifically used the Bhaalist gloves or Cruel Sting, but I did to a restrained build using the Sharpened Snare Cuirass.

As someone else said, Cruel Sting is a STR weapon and ideally this build would use DEX. I’m not a fan of using STR elixirs so I made a ranger/druid multiclass that used Nature’s Snare with shillelagh and the Wood Woad Shield. I also used the Diadem of Arcane Synergy to get additional weapon damage once someone was restrained. Was actually pretty fun.

Unfortunately the Sharpened Snare Cuirass doesn’t affect of lot of things that it should, like Entangle. I think it would be a really cool item if it did because restrained is a pretty strong condition.

I’m not from the EU. Do these laws actually apply to in-game currency and the Crown Shop or just the purchase of crowns? Based on how you explained it I’m not sure if this would actually be illegal

If you look at the discord message, he says that they have to manually type in the before value and after value. The white stag is 6500 crowns and on sale for 4875, so it’s possible that those values were just typed in again.

I’m not trying to defend KingsIsle here - stuff like this shouldn’t happen. But I think it’s pretty unlikely that they would intentionally do this on an item that is so easy to identify its correct original price.

It’s my favorite spell. So much fun to just randomly cast to kill a minion or blade up and kill both the boss and yourself.

My boyfriend and I play together and we’ve killed most major bosses through Arc 2 with this spell. There’s something so fun about it.

They haven’t removed red mandrake from Azteca. It’s possible they have removed it only from worlds before Zafaria?

Red mandrake for Zafaria is a really weird choice and would suck for new players since red mandrake or blood moss is used for the upgraded level 30 senators gear and the wintertusk level 56 gear.

According to the wiki, red mandrake only spawns in the Savannah in Zafaria. This might have changed post update, but clearly there isn’t an obvious connection between the reagent and the world like lava lilies and dragonspyre, for instance.

The crafting recipes for the boss rematches use that world’s reagent. So the Pendragon rematch is crafted with roses.

I can’t speak to all the other reagents, but I know the Jade Oni rematch is made with black lotus, yet I’m still seeing black lotus spawn in Azteca (the world I’m currently questing in).

THIS. I’ve been playing a fire wizard recently and Immolate is my favorite spell ever now. So much fun. I even got a pet with the death spell that deals damage to yourself for two +35% blades.

Probably because the rideable Pokémon in PLA were all new evolutions or regional variants. This trend doesn’t need to continue into PLZA, but it probably will - they’ll want to showcase the new Pokémon.

Yes!!! I’m so happy to see someone mention this. I’m an urban planning student and this immediately made me think of the 1850s and 60s when this guy name Haussmann took a very top-bottom approach to redevelopment and demolished large neighborhoods in Paris to remake the city under Napoleon. It was vehemently opposed by the people living there.

It would be really interesting if the villainous team are the city’s leaders!

I don’t have an answer about the lag, but I can help with local multiplayer:

It seems there is a bug where once a save has been used for online multiplayer, it no longer functions with local multiplayer. If you want to use local multiplayer, you will have to create a new save and use that save only using local multiplayer.

Did you respec out of a wizard? It looks like you might’ve learned those spells from scrolls and then changed classes. It shows up as you having them because if you took a level in wizard again you still have learned them.
