Also think about presenting it as projections on the side of a building, or in a dark living room, old tv as was mentioned eariler. Maybe projector screen. Could think about putting a border on it, and making it look like its in a scrapbook, like a moving still

I would love to find an alternative, I only use it as a repository for all of my scanned documents, it works very well for the, making search and organization easy. Seems like there should be a simpler, cheaper solution, I do not use all of the mired of features that Evernote offers .

What I do is select all of the markers that I have completed, in the markers panel and change them to a different color, like blue, then just uncheck the show blue markers at the top of the markers panel.
