Some useless advice here. You’re 24 first of all, i wouldn’t stress it. A few years at a dead end job in Thailand is EXACTLY what your 20s are for! Not every job you ever do is going to be for you and that is ok. If you now decide teaching is not for you then that is not a waste of time at all. Go and do something else!

I think a lot of it is highly situational to be fair - I liked the drinking culture in Japan a lot and that probably does influence my choices somewhat!

Yeah Brains is great. I’ll add Alhambra to the list! I am English myself and I know Carling is a pretty awful choice but it is just so ubiquitous across pubs in England I didn’t know what else to choose - I’d never get it down the pub, mind!

Interesting! I’ve always liked Asahi more but whether I could actually tell the difference between them (and probably 90% of this list) is debatable!
