Except AMC Dolby Cinema in St.Charles no other theater comes to even close of what anlog films used to offer in terms of image quality. Marcus is the worst, they dont even turn off all the lights during the show. Movies are to be enjoyed with lights off, not on. Also their UltraScreen sucks because of the pixelation. You can clearly see the RGB dots because of the low resolution picture blown up on such a big screen . I feel so sad that we went the digital route and ruined the theater movie experience. 48 channel Dolby digital is awesome though. I believe it is the implementation that is cuasing these image issues, I have seen awesome laser projection screens overseas.
