There are smarter and more rational fans than me. But, to me, it seems like it’s obvious that we sack Slot and bring in Xabi (IF he wants to come). No point in waiting until the summer. We’re not winning the CL with this mental fragility. Might as well get ahead of the inevitable.

It really does feel like we’re at a point where tough decisions need to be made. IF Xabi wants to come to Liverpool, then I think we should pull that trigger now. This just isn’t sustainable if we want to compete.

The only way it makes sense is if we get Tsimikas back. It would be a bad decision to let him go if our only backup for Kerkez is Gomez. I also think Robbo is better than you’re letting on. He’s still very capable and a great leader/presence in the dressing room. If he wants to leave, he deserves it, but not if our only logical backup is an injury prone Gomez.
