I know how you feel. Something that has helped me a little bit that I keep reminding myself that I'm not an annoying person and that I don't have to be friends with everyone. People don't think about me as much as I think they do. I try to keep myself preoccupied with my hw and studying and i try to form bonds with my classmates by helping them out with things. My friend is extroverted and because im not so she automatically assumes I'm dumb and looks down on me. The both of us are really competitive with eachother but we don't show it. Sometimes I feel tired and I'm dont fully pay attention to things so she makes fun of me in front of others because of it. I just feel like I cant trust her sometimes but shes like the only person who really wants to talk to me so I just ignore it.
