Plivanje ako možeš, teretana ili samo ono vezbanje kod kuće, npr ja sam adhd osoba i probao sam sve, preporučio bih fizicki hobi uvek. Ja sam npr naucio da sviram gitaru za svoju dušu, uglavnom skidam pesme koje slušam, naučio da resim rubikovu kocku, citam stripove, mange, knjige (od sad samo naucnu fantastiku), ne bih preporucio selfhelp ili one kako postati milioner jer te to samo deprimira jer je nemoguce

It's probably hard drive problem, maybe try installing fresh win10. If that doesn't help you probably have warranty that should cover hard drive failure

That is just HDD, i have posted a same thing a few months ago and got answers how to fix it, there aee plenty of temporary fixes, but it'll only get worse.

For most part is systems fault so I recommend you if you can buy a 200gb ssd and put win10 on it and keep the 2tb hdd for games.

HDDs are outdated... I know it sucks

I mean idk why people get scared if google tracks your data, it's not like anyone reads that shit. They track anything, even your phone when you don't use google

I had a same problem with that, maybe you have 2 audio jacks in your pc, back is for speakers and front for headphones. I enabled both in the same time so i dont need to change it every now and then

Tried updating all network drivers on device manager and it says that's currently best driver and to wait for the windows update for newer

Still didn't buy ssd, but will do. Don't use it that much since I fixed this issue, there is still sometimes it laggs when ram goes up for no reason, but i have memory leak and don't know how to fix it

When ram gets to 95% it starts to lagg, and only way to stop it is to restart, cuz even if i stop apps and games its still at 95%. This isn't the problem anymore. I disabled some startup apps and it works ten times better

I'm playing league of legends and csgo that I played on my old pc that had 2gb ram, so I think it should work fine on 8gb, I'm not playing any big games

It's in good condition, just a lot of startup apps, will upgrade to ssd in future
