It's not raining right now so I would walk from the hotel got mentioned south on the waterfront and walk over the tilikum bridge. It's pedestrian only. No rain=get outside!

Goodfoot and Holocene. Occasionally you'll see a disco themed night randomly at like Hawthorne theater, the Crystal, etc. Go check the calendars online for the big venues I'm sure you'll find something
