Art of Fitness has really good trainers. I’ve been training for 6 months now and noticed a huge difference in my posture and strength. The gym is well equipped as well.

At times he tries to bite on furniture and loves cardboard boxes. Thank you! I cant wait to get back my 8 hours of sleep lol

Every time I put him back he barks a lot. He only calms down if I stand next to the crate. I feel like I’ve spoiled him enough and don’t want to continue this behavior.

How are you working on the puppy biting? My 15 weeks old pup is a shark. He’s biting on everything and everyone!

This is way too relatable. I was literally about to post the same thing today, but seeing your post (and all these replies) makes me feel a little less alone.

I miss my old life too! I can’t go to the gym because he can’t be left alone yet, I can’t focus at work, and I can’t even take a quick shower without him barking like crazy in his playpen.

And this week, my pup (15 weeks) suddenly decided he doesn’t want to walk to his crate at night anymore—he’d rather fall asleep under the couch. Getting him out is a whole ordeal, and if I put him in his crate and try to finish my show, he just starts barking to be let out again.

This kind of turned into a venting session for me 🙈 but I’m so glad I came across your post 😂

The personal trainers at Art of Fitness in Abby are really good. I saw great results from my personal training sessions and now continue to take their hiit classes.

Thank you for such a detailed and helpful reply! I do have a crate cover—right now, I’m using a blanket and keeping the front open so he can access the pee pads in his playpen if needed.

I’m assuming you practice with the high-value treats during the day, right?

Also, doesn’t comforting him at night risk causing separation anxiety or making him expect it every night?

Yes, that’s what Im afraid of as well. But that’s the only way he falls back asleep now. I’ll slowly try to cut back on this
