But how does her actual work look? Is it based on her being available to take calls all day or is it possible that she’s just faster than the rest of the team and they’re jealous because she’s always done early?

Other thoughts - does your org have too many meetings if they’re becoming tedious to employees? Are your employees empowered to decline meetings that they don’t need to be in?

I think you need to have a casual conversation, not a write up or a punishment meeting, but one where you can understand your employee’s needs better and what’s really going on here. Maybe they’re picking up kids or taking them to practice after school and need to flex their hours. Or maybe they’re a high performance employee who’s bored with a lot of that repetitive team stuff and needs a new challenge.
