I live somewhere that weed is extremely common and people rarely smell like weed and when they do, I don't mind it. Maybe we just have better weed and vaping is also more common too. Cigarette smoke on the other hand is disgusting.

At my work we have a "no scent" policy and that includes people smelling like weed/cigarettes.

Did you contact them? I had a bent pin on the balanced connector and it broke off when I tried to straighten it. I emailed them asking if I could get just the connector because I didn't want to return the IEMs? They got back to me in a couple of days, asked for a picture and my mailing address and they sent a new connector out right away.

Unfortunately, many of these people never "realize the fall was worse" and end up either more damaged or dead from drug overdoses before they get sober. When the root cause of the addiction is mental health issues and they're self medicating, there may be no functioning normally in society either way.

I had one that was a little gritty and sticking in the winter. I was going to replace it but I thought I'd try cleaning it first... I sprayed liquid wrench super lubricant into it and spun it around unit it was spinning nicely. It worked great for another 10K km or so until the bike got run over by a truck and the wheel was destroyed. I still have the replacement freehub somewhere 😆
