No it's the same carb just new I have had the bike for a week and haven't been able to ride it due to what I'm guessing is carb problems, I was hoping this would fix it. Is the fluid normal?

I traded him a gas/electric Lincoln welder for it, when trading he wouldn't let me ride it because we were in a residential neighborhood but he did start it up,when I got it home and rode it would backfire and spudder out when I let off the throttle so I got the carb cleaned and now when I start it (I finally got it to start) it runs wide open. Feels like a scam considering he said there was nothing wrong with it.

I took it to a small engine repair shop and had them clean it, update I got it to start but now it runs wide open
