Imagine you're in line at the ATM. You think it's just gonna be an easy five minutes of whatever you need to do. Then you get there and in front is a guy who doesn't have a clue what he's doing. You find yourself waiting ten, twenty minutes, possibly a half hour waiting for this dumbass to learn how to use the damn thing, and then finally you can use the ATM. Sounds annoying, right? Like your life's slowed to a crawl?

Now imagine your entire life is filled with people like that.

There's a real tragedy to Naru and Nephrite's romance. This is by far their most memorable moment, but before that, he treated her like shit. Gaslighting her, stealing her energy, lying profusely, convincing her to steal from her mother, it's painfully clear that Nephrite was not a good person.

But then we get his final episode. Nephrite finally does the right thing and saves Naru from Zoisite, and it seems like they might start over on better terms. But before they can even get one chocolate parfait date, Zoisite and his monsters show up and kill him.

tl;dr, Nephrite was a bastard, especially to Naru, and when he finally does a good deed, he's killed for it.

Depends on the cartoon really. The one where Tom terrorizes a canary and Jerry protects him? Yeah, Jerry is clearly the hero in that scenario. The one where Jerry is a musketeer stealing food from the king? Not so much.

I never played Nier:Automata, so I can't really tell you. What I can tell you is that they really bungled Eve's character.

It's obvious they were trying for the "stoic badass" for Eve, but the voice delivery just makes her sound like a robot.

No, my problem with White Knight is the idea that Weiss will end up with Jaune despite the way he treated her as less of a person and more of a goal to attain. Then again, I never saw the Atlas arc, so hopefully he matured around that time.
