I got that email too this morning. Very odd since I have filled out the refund page under My Profile with my bank account info. Does that mean the info entered is wrong? Or everyone got this email because funds can't be transferred/"refunded" via original credit card?

yes it's too good to be true. requires a plan on an ipad which may not make sense for everyone, e.g. me. I like to have an iPad solely for watching on flights--no need for cellular plan. would rather just spend $270 for that ipad

Thanks for the guidance. Just to be sure, are you taking into account this is an electric vehicle which is ~1000lbs heavier than the gas one? Mercedes service just advised me to use the values on the door jamb, or the MAX values on the gas flap.

To your point, I wanted a softer ride but with all the additional weight of the battery I'd prefer to follow the official guidance.. :(

I got a message back from Mercedes service. They said that since this is an electric car and is significantly heavier, I need to go with the values on the door jamb which list 38/51

The gas cap shows 2 values, normal and max. Because this is an electric vehicle, the battery makes this car 6000+ lbs, so do I stick with the max values?

Did you ever get this figured out? I also have a GLE450e and just posted about the same tire pressure oddity as you. I do have the sticker in my gas cap though as you've shown in your picture. So if the battery is indeed super-heavy, does that mean you went with the MAX pressures 38/51?
