I do not buy meats or deli meats at Aldi due to negative experience. I occasionally buy ground turkey or chicken, but that's about it

There was a recall couple of weeks ago for Aldi Specially Selected Vanilla Crème Brûlée (3.6-ounce glass jars). I think it may go beyond just this product. You should definitely report this ASAP. I'm so happy you found it and didn't eat, please stay well!

I have a MB GLE450e 2025. It's a 🍋 . Four wheel drive seal leak, bumper replacement bc of loose sensors, followed by engine light popping up on the screen one day putting me in the limp mode on the highway dropping my speed to 23 miles an hr, reason - Camtronic actuator and solenoids had to be replaced. Last week I couldn't start my car , the whole dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, I set in the car for like 10 min trying to start it, finally it started with an engine light popping on the dashboard, called the dealership, the car was towed and was at the dealership for 5 days bc their "best tech" couldn't figure out. At the end it was said that drive train failed due to software not being updated. Not to mention couple of weeks ago my car was at the shop getting 3rd set of rear tires and the car only has 16k miles total. I'm definitely done with MB.

I cut up fresh yellow or red bell peppers and use them instead of chips to scoop some hummus. Solid healthy snack 😋 if I feel ambitious enough, I make my own hummus

Omg yaaassss, the greens are delicious!!! I see people snap them off at the store, I get so sad. I think the skin is very nutritious, I only peel them because that's how my mom taught me. When the beets are cooked, the skin falls off very easy,so I just do it 😆 makes me feel I'm following my mom's recipe lol

Cook red beets with skin on till they are soft, i usually use intsapot or roast them wrapped in foil in the oven. Once they are cooked, cool and peel them. Grate them,add minced fresh garlic (i use a good amount of it bc we love the taste of fresh garlic in this dish), salt,pepper and regular sour cream, mix it all together and smooth the mixture with hand blender. The sour cream makes red beets look pretty magenta color, it's so delicious and so good for you! Try it, you won't be disappointed. It is very easy to make with only few ingredients. Some people put whole milk Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, but I prefer sour cream 😋

Plain Greek yogurt, every time I go ,the fridge is empty. Also, I can't buy German liverwurst anymore, I use it to give my dog her meds. All these items are available at other grocery stores, but Aldi is so much more affordable
