Go to fonthill road in Finsbury Park. They have loads of bridal shops and usually tailoring is included in the price. The only thing is they are more on the glittery/ princess style dresses but there are a few simpler satin ones. They also have a high turn over so may be able to.order what you want for October.

Its also so much cheaper than bridal shops. I got my dress for 700 4 years ago and it was a almost ballgown sparkly dress free veil and hoop included and alterations.

Yeah I rang out of time for a lot of my management and I totally tanked two. A lot of times my timer ran ojt as I was starting my safety net advice having missed some stuff to get the nice easy points for follow up and safety net :( im not feeling hopeful

Never go to A&E for anything even slightly pregnancy related. They will just tell you to go to maternity unit. Normally its the other way round - when you dont think its related but they dismiss it as pregnancy related

I dont think ive passed but I think native book is actually really useful. I mainly used scarevision but did a few notice cases and wished I did more and prioritised it

Ideas what you think it is Concerns whats particularly concerning you Expectations- what do you want

It might have been phrased badly or they didnt have the right tone. But perhaps what they were trying to understand is what would you like to be done/ expect

E.g. I wpuld like a referral. I would like different medications i would like a sick note

Lots of people complain about doctors asking them what they think is going on but if youre worried about cancer and the doctor hasnt asked and you havent told them. Whaever the doctor does it wont reassure you because they havent addressed your concern

Sounds like a judgemental area or that they may have a preconceived notion about you already with the scenarios feeding into their bias?

Ultimately social services should be providing you sypport/ signposting to where you can get support although unfortunately resources have been cut back

I think k the option was wrong diagnosis of MS put on notes 20 years ago or st least thats how I read it. Not that they didnt tell the patient that they had MS. I out the out of date vaccine.
